Finally found out how to set build action

I started out with one simple task to create a custom asp.net composite control. In this composite control i wanted to take advanted of the webrefrence proticol to take advantage of embedding all images into just one dll. Simple right? Wrong i couldn't find the build action property to set 'Embedded Resource'. Well turns out I had needed to create a new .NET DLL project in Visual Studio VB/C# 2005 Express instead of Web 2005 Express.
